The 50th ISM Anniversary Exhibition was held on February 2-5, 2020 in Cologne (Germany).
ISM is the world's largest exhibition of ready-made confectionery and snacks.
Nowhere else to meet such a variety of sweet products, as well as a large number of new ideas and creative solutions. This year the exhibition was represented by categories: chocolate products, sweets, biscuit products, desserts, ice cream, snacks, appetizers, breakfasts.
Over 1660 exhibitors from 76 countries and 38,000 visitors from 140 countries took part in the ISM.
In parallel with the exhibition of ready-made confectionery ISM, ProSweets - an exhibition of equipment, technologies, raw materials and ingredients for the production of confectionery and snacks, is held.
The working group of TM Chocoboom, including Production Director, Marketing Director, Chief Technologist and Export Manager, also took part in the exhibition.
Representatives of the company got acquainted with the trends of the chocolate industry - the tastes of sweets, the formats of sweets and their packaging, design solutions and innovative technologies for business.
More than ten negotiations were held with international partners, equipment manufacturers, and suppliers of raw materials and ingredients.
In the near future, the most ambitious projects and achievements of the confectionery industry will be implemented in Chocoboom products to open up new tastes of sweets and interesting solutions of world trends to the Ukrainian consumer.
